We are the producers of the most popular Bengali television program ‘Chalo Jaai’ (Let’s Go) based on travel and tourism, which is being telecast in Akash Bangla (Sky B) Channel daily at 11:30 pm. and repeat telecast on next day at 08:30 am. The program is a half an hour episode divided in three to four segments. Through this program we promote different places of tourist interest of home and abroad in an infotainment format. ‘Chalo Jaai’ also finds and promotes new tourist destinations for the tour loving people of West Bengal and India. ‘Chalo Jaai’ not only promotes tourist spots, it also caters to its viewers different information based on travel and tourism and recent updates in tourism industry. This is done through a segment in the program named ‘Beranor Bulletin’ (Travel Bulletin). |

We have covered Thailand, Singapore and Europe in ‘Chalo Jaai’ with the sponsorship of Cox and Kings. Our reporting team has covered Malaysia in July, 2005, which had been telecast in our program ‘Chalo Jaai’ in August, 2005, with the kind sponsorship of Tourism Malaysia. We have also covered the debut voyage of Star Cruises in India in 2005. In 2006 we have covered Nepal with the sponsorship of Nepal Tourism Board and Egypt with the sponsorship of Egyptian Tourism Authority. In 2007 we have covered Australia with the sponsorship of Cox and Kings and London with the sponsorship of Visit Britain. |

‘Chalo Jaai’ also has a travel-club under the name ‘Chalo Jaai Travel Club’ which primarily works as a platform for the tourists and the professionals from the tourism industry to exchange their views and ideas. Secondarily it works as a nodal agency to take its members and other tourists to different destinations of India and abroad. The Club also has in its credit a number of foreign tours like Thailand and Singapore, Europe, Nepal, Bangladesh etc. in the recent past. ‘Chalo Jaai Travel Club’ has a primary support base of 1200 members and we can surely claim that this is unique of its kind in the country. |

From the year 2003 ‘Chalo Jaai’ started to organize a tourism fair in Kolkata under the name ‘Chalo Jaai Tour and Travel Exposition’ which was an instant success in its debut year. This year ‘Chalo Jaai TTE 2007’ was held at Netaji Indoor Stadium, Kolkata from 13th July to 15th July.
