Welcome to Chalo Jaai TTE 2009.
Please note the following points carefully. |

Registration and hand over of stalls will be made on 11th June, 2009 at the Entry Lobby of Netaji Indoor Stadium from 12:00 Noon. |
| |
|
|
You may decorate your stall till 09:00 A.M. on 12th July, 2009. |
| |
|
|
The exposition will be inaugurated at 11:00 A.M. on 12th July, 2009. The Exposition will be opened to public on all three days from 12:00 Noon to 08:00 P.M. |
| |
|
|
All extra requirements will be serviced directly from the service counter against cash payment. |
| |
|
|
Host/Hostess available against cash payment. Contact service counter for your requirement. |
| |
|
|
Video photography at the venue without permission is strictly prohibited. The participants are requested to take necessary permission for video photography from Chalo Jaai TTE 2009 office at the venue. Kindly contact Mr. Sambhu Ghosh regarding this matter. |

|
Using microphones inside the venue is strictly prohibited. |
| |
|
|
Participants are requested to distribute their brochures/leaflets from their respective stalls only. Distribution of promotional materials on the corridors is strictly prohibited. |
| |
|
|
Participants are requested not ot organise any kind of promotional activities like quiz, lucky draw or similar from their booths. This may create problems to other participants. You may organise the same at the Conference Hall which can be booked free of cost on First Come First Serve basis. Organisers reserve the right to intervene and stop any such activity conducted at the venue. |

|
In case you are sharing your stall with other party please note that you can share one stall (9 sqmt., 6 sqmt. or 4 sqmt.) with one party only. Please enlist the name of the sharing party at the time of registration. |

|
We are inviting you participation in the Chalo Jaai TTE 2009 Award Programme. Please fill the enclosed appropriate form of participation and submit the same at our office within 12.06.2009. Our Panel of Judges will decide the Award Winner. |

|
Balance payment due, if any, must be cleared before taking possession of your stall. |
